I found Mod by Lawyers through a letter sent to me saying that they worked with my bank in helping people get their loans modified so they could stay in their homes and stop the foreclosure process. They were close by so I went in for a consult. There fee was $2500.00 up front. They were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. A man named Moe Zubiar helped me get started and then handed my case to an associate named Arcelie. After some time of not hearing anything I was told that Arcelie had quit and went elsewhere and that a Steve Jackson was handling my case.

After leaving several messages I got no response. I then contacted Moe Zubiar and was reassured that everything was being handled. Not convinced I contacted my bank to find out they had dropped my case due to NO response from Mod by Lawyers. I tried contacting Mod by Lawyers but no one would talk to me. They would put me on hold and transfer me all over with no answer. When I finally got through to some one they told me it was the banks fault and that the Bank had dropped the ball!! I am now working with the bank directly and $2500.00 in the hole because of Mod by Lawyers.These are bad people taking advantage of and praying upon good people in there time of need. Do not get caught in this trap!!
