I remember hearing about your problem from the licensed agent that took your call.  I know for a fact that we have never masqueraded as a government agency.  NO one at our company would ever profess to this.  In fact, our license with the Department of Real Estate will prove that we are in no way associated with the government. 

I'm sure you were mistaken.

When you initially called in, my agent told you that there would be an extra fee due to you having a sale date within a week or so.  These are serious situations that require us to pull our negotiators off of current files in order to give attention to your foreclosure date.  Hence the extra charge.

This is company policy.  In no way is it a bait and switch.  I understand you're upset that you couldn't afford to use our services, but please do not come to this website and spew slander.

We offered to help you with information for free, when you stated you couldn't afford to work with us, however you were so worked up that you wouldn't listen.

I apologize for the way you reacted to this situation.
