Nationwide Financial Solutions has performed as promised, so far.  My mortgage company actually sent me two letters stating that they are reviewing my complaint and that they will respond within 10 business days.  Intitially, they would not even talk to me about modifying my loan; now they are asking for income statements, bank statements, etc.

Nationwide Financial Solutions, thus far, has delivered what it has promised and has performed their part of the CONTRACT (yes, contract).  They have communicated with me on a regular basis and have given me no reason to mistrust them; however, a loan modification is still in the works and not finalized.
