ocwen Financial non english speaking, very hard to deal with, no one to speak to who can make a decision, total confusion West Palm Beach, Florida

this company uses deceptive trade practices and are preditory lenders they have no interest in helping us get a loan modification. We have submitted two modification packages one on 7-29-2011 and one on 9-29-2011, both started out with you have incomplete documentation, then it we need to schedule and appointment with a specialist, then its 15 to 20 days before the specialist calls and he will want check stubbs and letters confirming employment that they already have in both packages. no one speaks very good english and when we request a person that speaks english they hang up. I have contacted there ombudsman for help with little to no response. If there is someone out there that can help I would appreciate a response. this company evidently has no one based in the United States. another overseas sell out. i have been trying to find another institution to refinance with but due to ocwen reporting we have been turned down. i am not even upside down in this home owe very small amount but i believe that this enity specializes in forclosure of homes not helping.
