Ocwen Loan Servicing Company Mishandled and Lost Documents for my Loan Mod then blames me! Now they want me OUT! I'm Fighting! Orlando Florida

Class Action Suit!!! I'm all for that!!

Ocwen Loan Servicing Company foreclosed on my home.  After sending Ocwen the same documents for my Loan Modification at least three different times I was denied a loan mod and foreclosed on without notice. 

Ocwen foreclosed on my home in Sept 2009 and I recieved a Denial of Modification letter by email on December 9, 2009 that was back dated to Sept 25, 2009.  My denial letter stated I was denied the modification because I "failed to respond" to their request for documents.  Ocwen's reason for denial is a "Big Fat Lie"!!!  Further more, Ocwen repeatedly requested copies of my Divorce Decree even after I explained each time that my husband and I are NOT divorced.  We are not seperated either. We live together with our 6 kids in our beautiful home that Ocwen is now trying to deceive us of.  I can't produce a document that does not exist.

What I am doing now is that I filed a response to the Unlawful Detainer and I am waiting for Ocwen's Foreclosure Company to set a date for a hearing in court.  I don't know what will happen but I can't let Ocwen's incompetent business practices take my home without a fight!  Your all invited to court. Respond to the Unlawful Detainers!!! Get in court, you have nothing to loose!  There are thousands of others just like us, throughout the U.S.  I have heard several stories, just like mine, in my own town.
