   As with many other of the complaints I have read. Litton (Goldman) has sold our home loan to Ocwen Loan Services, LLC. We started the modification with Litton at the beginning of the transfer which also raised our interest rate to 7.125%. Thirty days later Ocwen takes charge of the modification and we end up dealing with someone who has repeatedly lied about being able to read the payroll reports that I have sent them along with my employer.  They are without a doubt stalling to continue to collect on the higher interest rate for as long as they can. Companies like Ocwen outsource the customer service to third world counties who could care less about us other than the dollars we spend. And you wonder why there is hatred in the world. What really bothers me is that Litton (Goldman) sold our loans to improve on there financial stands knowing that Ocwen in a sub-prime lender who does not have good standing in the financial world.
   We are at the end of our resources and patience. There seems to be nowhere to turn for help. The government has set up the modification program to help many of us. However, the government is doing very little monitoring to ensure that these leeches who are buying up varible rate home loans are acting in the best of our interest. This has now been going on since September and still unable to convert this home loan.
     We will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
