They present themselves as the top negotiators, they know nothing but to take your money and run.

David Masten is the biggest lier, believes to be surrounded by "Ivy Leaguers" and to have the highest IQ but only knows how to rip off people.

Do not give him your money, it will be gone like mine.

Paul Appel left Optiscore over a year before this complaint was filed and since that time has had no involvement with the organization. He specifically acted as in house counsel and was not involved in any other facet of the business including soliciting clients or processing their cases.  He has no idea who this complainant is.
