Pomery & Associates rip off artist beware willing to take money but not willing to return Anahiem, California

I had called on Pomery & Associates for help with my home in doing a loan modification. They were very helpful in speaking to my bank and informing them i was in the process of having a loan modification done. thier fee was to be total of 2,500.00..500.00 down to start and then 500.00 per month until balance was paid. i had given them a total of 1000.00 dollars and bank had changed gears and went into a different dirrection. i have been trying to contact Pomery because i have in writting that all money i have paid to them with exception of 500.00 which was non-refundable would be issued back into my account. i am still waiting for my 500.00 and i can not seem to reach anyone.
