Prepare Our Documents, Consumer Referrel Agency Complete SCAM! Delaware, Florida

I contacted a company by the name of Prepare our documents or Consumer Referral Agency. I am still unsure. They told me they would help me with my mortgage as I had fallen behind. They advised me that they would run an NVP test (or something like that.) That I would be approved they would modify my mortgage, give me a 2% interest rate and that everything would be ok.

I was then told that I needed to pay $1,500 and they would completely wipe away my back balance on my mortgage. It all really seemed to good to be true. Well... it was! Upon further research I goggled their address which came back as an UPS store! When I called and spoke to another person I first asked her name and she said it was Melissa, I asked her again before hanging up and she said Crystal! They informed me that they were a governmental agency and accredited by the BBB.

Both statements were untrue as I researched that and they are not. They also informed me to NOT pay my mortgage company for three months while they "processed" my modification.  Don’t be fooled people! I know when you are facing foreclosure as I was you are desperate and they really do seem to "say all the right things”. But they will steal your money and you will loose your home! It is a pure shame that people like this target good and honest people who are in a already bad situation. Someone really should put a stop to this.
