Start Positive Loss Mitigation, LLC They drafted $675.00 from my account & never even tried to help me save my house! Columbia, Maryland

I was contacted by the Loss Mitigation Specialist, Steven Gonzalez, from StartPositive and he convinced me that I needed their services for my loan modification & that they could seriously affect the outcome in my favor. I agreed to pay them $675.00 up front(in 2 payments from my savings account) and another $300 would be due after they had restructured my loan. They automatically withdrew $675.00 from my savings account and then never returned my phone calls or assisted me in any way. I am on Social Security due to my having Multiple Sclerosis and my children receive SSDI because their Daddy died 3 years ago. The only reason I was stuck in an ARM that I could not afford was because of the death of my husband, I no longer qualified to refinance my house as I planned to do before the ARM rose with the interest index. Now I can't get anyone to contact me reguarding my refund even though I faxed the paperwork to them on a daily basis for 20-25 days in a row. I need that money to pay for the first modification that I negotiated myself with my current mortgage company. How can I get them to pay me back?
