The Firm promised us A loan modification. The case manager promised us weekly updates. And the Director assured us we were in good hands. Our property still went to foreclosure! Gee, and noone could explain how this happened. We are SOL. You might say the least of our problems is a refund but we paid thousands and thousands of dollars in up-front fees. !They will ask you for upfront fees! !They will not be able to help you unless you default on your loan first! !They will not call you unless you call them first during the entire process! !They will not give you your money back! !They will not care if you go into foreclosure! Tell your friends. There are hundreds of loan mod companies out there.
