US mortgage Bailout jason kameya Ripped us off for $3000 Internet

I started my Loan Modification with US Mortgage Bailout about 2 years ago, I paid the $3000 the charged, I also looked for them scaming people, but found nothing.  Jason kept in contact with me no problem, I know for a fact my loan Mod was in BOA modification dept, but now they have started asking me for repeated documents over and over again, losing them, and I have had enough.  Jason told me to make a smaller payment, like pay 1/2 my mortgage.  One thing I never stopped paying my Full Mortgage payment.  This saves me from having my home sold, or reposessed as so many others have had happen to them.  I have tried to get ahold of US Mortgage Bailout  and never got a responce, then I saw how many people had gotten ripped off.  So at that time I knew they had also ripped us off.  I have since told BOA to remove my loan from Modification Dept (like I was going to obtain the loan mod) I'm done, I can't do this all over again and stress myself out.  I will wait unitl the market goies up again and re-fi my house.  Chalk it up to a learning lesson...I just wish we could get our $3000 back that would be great...and don't understand how these guys sleep at night....What comes around goes around..that's a true statement...
