Applied for payday loan, only to find that loan not available in Ga. Cancelled the application.

Fee still wtihdrawn for my account, even after cancelled app. I didn't leave enough money in the account to cover the 1st time fee so I was charged $30.00 for the overdraft, which I did get returned.

The fee was charged to my account a 2nd time and it did clear along with additional charge of $24.00 for total charge of $44.00.

I  would like to have that amount returned to me.  If this service isn't available in the state in which the applicant resides, then the application should never have been processed.   I was under the impression I had cancelled the application anyway.

Why was I charged for this service when it wasn't even availabe to me???

I'm afraid that 200Cash is in the clear on this one. Their website says that this is a non-refundable fee. Users such as yourself agree to that when they submit their loan application. If you are denied for any reason, they still keep the money regardless of why you were denied.

Don't get me wrong, I despise this company and payday loan businesses but they did cover their bases here.
