200cash Took 19.00 from my account and did not process loan request Wilmington Delaware

This company has deceptive practices. I entered all of my information online. It wasn't until after I had all of my information submitted that I was aware of a $19 application processing fee. Here's the exact wording

“I authorize 200Cash.com, Inc. to immediately deposit $200 into my checking account and to withdraw from the same checking account $200 plus the $60 fee on the date specified above. I understand that there is a $19.99, one-time only, non-refundable application fee, payable on the submission of this application and I also understand that I will be charged a $25 fee if the check is returned for Non-Sufficient Funds."

They took 19.99 from my account and did not process the loan request, additionally when I tried to email them on the status of the loan, the email would time out, this was only after I had emailed them several times.

This was two months ago and I still have not heard from them, they state that you don't have to fax anything, but when you get the email, it request that you fax the loan application back.

They used threats and intimidation to get rid of me, they sent me an email stating that if I contacted them again, that was considered a loan request and they would take an additional 19.99 from my account. At this point I just let it go, but I did not forget about being ripped off.
