Advanced Merchant Capital - Ultimate Business Solutions Falsely conned me into purchasing $5,000 in advertising which they said had a money back guarantee, for items called 10,000 CallBlasts Scottsdale Arizona

I was first sold (by telephone) a program for $125.00 that would provide me with a Website wherein businesses could obtain capital for any purpose (any use) (a loan) when and where capital was hard to get. I would receive a commission on each such loan or advancement made my website. Then they came back and said that I could not make much money that way (after I paid them the $125, unless I purchased an advertising package called CallBlast advertising. In this case 10,000 Call Blasts for $5,000. Which would be added to my credit card. I resisted then relented. However, when I received a Statement for the $5,000 I refused to sign the statement confirming the $5,000 because they had promised me a full guarantee in writing, but the Guarantee never was sent, so I decided not to sign and return the Statement authorizing the $5,000, partly because the statement came from a company named U.B.S. (Ultimate Business Solutions) I also checked with the Ripoff Report and found both companies listed as having complaints filed against them. Thus I believed that I was sold a fraudulent phony bill of goods. I originally to the $125 program on Aug 20, 2008 and made a note that the they were to give me a full one (1)year written guarantee. To this date I have had no further contact about any sales made from any website created in my behalf, nor have I ever seen a single cent of commissions to date from them.

I also filed an FBI Fraud Report via the internet since they contacted me via the internet. I have retained all data and information which they sent me, for purposes of legal action. I also contacted the credit card company "Discover" and they refused to take any action preventing them from charging the $5,000 against my credit card, so I informed "Discover" that I will no longer use their card and have destroyed it.
