American Cash Harrassing phone calls threatening to sue me for a loan I never took from them Internet, Internet

I was short a couple of hundred dollars for a payment I needed to make.  I went online to research information of getting a quick payday loan.  (I recommend doing almost anything else than this when you need extra cash until payday.)  Instantly my email and cell phone were barraged with offers - literally scores and scores of them.  I accepted a loan from one company (not the one I am complaining about) and overnight it was deposited into my checking account.  I have since repaid that loan and all is fine. 

 However, I began getting phone calls from various lenders - when the calls came I told them I no longer needed a loan and to please remove my name from thier calling list.  Most were very polite and did as I asked.  I continue to get calls, however, from a man with a foreign accent who claims to be from some company called AmericanCash and says that he is taking me to court, has mailed me papers, has contacted my employer, etc. etc. claiming that I owe money.  First of all, these loans are automatically debited and there has been no attempt by this company to debit my account.  Secondly, if they have a legal proceeding against me it is improper for them to be calling me.  Thirdly, I have never received any paperwork from them nor, to my knowlege, has my employer. 

 This seems to be an attempt to intimidate me into paying something I do not owe.  He said that I took out a loan with them - does not give date or amount.  I explained that I applied online for a loan and my information was sent (I didn't know it worked this way) to a multitude of lenders who then made offers.  I know the one I accepted - it was not his company - I owe them nothing.  My loan has been repaid to the company I borrowed from.  My bank statement will prove that no deposit came into my account from this AmericanCash company or whatever their real name is.  This man does not let me get a word in edgewise and his calls are harrassgng and annoying.
