Ameriloan Tribal Financial Services How much is enough? Internet

I took out a small ($200) loan from ameriloan in september.  From what I understood was that I would be having $60 (x's 4) taken from my account till the debt was paid in the amount of $240.  The payments started just fine, then they began removing the payments 2x's per month in the first month.  Now I find out that after I have already paid them $445 I still owe $130. 

I live in Washington state and RCW states that if they are not a licensed member of the Department of Financial Institutions then they are illegally lending money in this state, not to mention that the terms are not to exceed 45 days nor is the interest to exceed 15%.  I know that we all know about these payday loans, but wow...  I don't understand how this is allowed.  Almost 300% interest on such a small loan is incredible.  I'm contacting an attorney, wait...  Nevermind, I cant afford it!!!  Thanks ameriloan/ Tribal financial services.  You've really helped out someone in need.....
