DONT GRANT ANY CREDIT TO ANDREW ALVITRE IN FAYETTEVILLE, NC. We've found by many sources his company and the managers have left SEVERAL unpaid debts while residing in Fayetteville, NC. He emailed a list of business acquaintances after he left while residing in Arizona while employed at Wachovia. Andrew was mistaken the debts were cleared once he left the state. Owners of several companies are still trying to locate him. He's had to contend with his heart attack as hes told many others to keep from paying his collections account.
We all have personal problems. Thanks to the locals of Fayetteville and Real estate association we are able to find he's owed ALOT of money to past creditors; THANK YOU to rip off report. while reading his past emails, Andrew Alvitre is rude to deal with. Dont let him FOOL you. The owner of our company along with many others would like to take him to court. IF YOU HAVE BEEN WRONG BY ANDREW ALVITRE COME JOIN THE FORUM, TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. HE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

Let me advise you as I have in the past of my circumstances openly. It is true that I have had some setbacks in the past both personally and professionally that have crippled my ability to function and operate normally.
I have never denied owing your company money owed and more recently within the past 6 months have paid a portion of the money owed which contradicts your suggestion that I mistook the debts as being cleared while I was hired as a consultant with Wachovia and not just in Arizona but in NC and many areas of the US. You assume too much and have selective interpretation of the matter.
I encourage you to have the individuals you claim search for me to send me correspondence at 2415 Lake Upchurch Dr., Parkton, NC 28371 and I will communicate with them direct as opposed to your resorting to your public character assassination of me. Previous mail sent to my address on record that they have should be forwarded to me.
Now then, prior to my setbacks I had enlisted the aid of many temp to perm agency firms and was always pleased with the results I obtained from CFS. I will overlook this "recent outburst and public outcry jump on the band wagon all aboard complaint" as the act of one disgruntled employee and not the official position of the company. I have used and paid out tens of thousands of dollars to temp to perm agencies including yours. I realize you are at a current loss and made and continue to make personal strides to correct that. It is not a pleasant situation but notice that I haven't just left you holding the bag or I would have not paid the 1300+ (this is undeniable) I did within the past 6 months if my intent was too. I also realize that a balance remains.
Let's define the amount of money owed on Family First Mortgage operational debt outstanding for the Branch I managed: approximately 15k, not 100k or 250k, but 15k and 15k that will be repaid back eventually and just not outside of the scope of my capabilities personally.
I will await either your personal apology (or official response from CFS) before I move your company name further ahead in priority of my past debts to be paid. Right now it is in last position and I was on the verge of clearing my balance until reading this posting.
