Arcadia Financial dishonest, ripoff, moneyhungry company, unhelpful customer service Rep RUDE Minneapolis Minnesota

My account with Arcadia was suppose to be a "simple" finance account. I didn't realize that simple really ment difficult and caused so much fustration.

The balance on my account seems to NEVER decrease. In fact my current statement still shows a balance of 21,000 plus after making a $700 payment for 3 plus years. Could this be right???

My statements never seem to show the amount of money pd. going to principal and what portion goes to interest. I have requested several times for a history of payment, received ONE and didn't get the assistance I needed to understand it nor did the representative clearily help me understand the document.

Company unwilling to consider or assist with difficult financial matters but very strong to tack on late charges, other fees immediatly!

So many different addresses on statement.
