Bellwood Financial Group, Jeff Blackburn, Stewart Mackey Bellwood Financial shark preying on bad credit high risk fish Fort Lauderdale, Florida

I was contacted by jeff blackburn a day after searching the internet looking for a personal loan. He stated he could get me a loan for 5000 but needed me to send 9 months collateral, well i figured my credit is not the best that does not sound bad.He faxed me th contract i looked it over and it looked ok. I sent him the money via moneygram 1150+21 fees, then called him with reference number. this was a friday, he said by mon 5:00 pm the money would be in my account. Monday came and about 3:00pm got a phone call from stewart mackey stating that the insurance company would not insure the loan without another 9 months collateral, against my better judgement i sent them the money the following week and the next day got a call from some steve guy stating he was the headf manager and that the lender backed out and he found another lender to finance me 10000 but i needed another 18 months collateral. At this point i cut my losses flipped out and told him to send me a refund, he stated nov. 3 2008 it would be in my account, it is nov.3 and no money. I will start making phone calls to authorities tom. if anyone has more info on what to do help. (((ROR redacted)))
