Berkshire Ventures ripoff Reading Massachusetts

I am so grateful to Rip-off Report. I almost became a victim of this company today but for the fact that there was a report added on June 27, 2006 exposing Berkshire Ventures as a scam.

I too thought the website looked a little cheap and I was not sure about their voice mail system as it too seemed cheap. I searched the Division of Corporations and many other search engines (((ROR REDACTED))) but could find nothing.

I received my "Promissory Note" today via e-mail with instructions to send $903.00 representing 4 months advance payments as collateral to an individual in Ontario, CA. The "note" is very well done and looks authentic and Andrew, my loan consultant at Berkshire is very convinving in his approach.

I was this close to falling prey to this trap, although I know better, when one final search turned up your site. I am planning to send a copy of the "Note" and e-mail communications received to the Florida Department of Financial Services Fraud Unit for them to pursue further.
