When is enough enough.  Capitol One Auto Finance is the biggest rip off I have ever encountered.  Even after you pay the amount they ask for, guess what.... Next month miraculously(sp)you owe even more money than you did before.  It just never ends.  A good number of their customer service representitives need to be re-trained and many do not seem to know what in the world they are talking about.  Every time you call, you get a different story as to what you owe and why.  This is the worst.  If I were to say what I really thought about this company I would have to use to many expletive deletives.. LOL  If you are in the market for a new or used car...... STAY AWAY FROM CAPITOL ONE AUTO FINANCE...... You will be paying forever.  And don't ever be late on a payment!

You mentioned that we should never pay late.   Okay so did you follow your own advise?Did you pay the full amount due, when it was due every month? 

If not how late did you pay and how often were you late? Did you ever have any deferments?
