Cash200 Cancelled Application still charged $20 Internet

Ok, so I needed some money quite badly. I'm very familiar with online payday advances. I've had several of them after it became illegal for payday advance companies to operate in my state (North Carolina).
Came across Cash200.com. Started completing the online application, entered my bank account information (like the other sites make you do), then came to a page that had written in small words that I would be charged $20 even if my application was denied. The problem: I saw this as I clicked on "Continue" to go to the next page; a little late I guess. But I couldn't have this because my bank account was already in the negative! So I closed the browser window. They sent me an email message saying that my application was denied. A day later, they debited my account for the $20.
So, I called my bank and told them about it. The bank refunded my money, blocked them from debiting my account for that amount again, and refunded my NSF fee.
Sometimes you have to let these people know you ain't THAT dumb.
