Charter Financail Took money from me for a loan that was not given New York New York

I was trying to get a loan for someone that has bad credit. I was on the internet and was trying to find a loan. I got a Phone call from a Kimberly Taylor that said i was choosen to get a loan for $5000. I need to fax some information to her before the loan could be approved.

I talk it over with my husband and we thought that this was a good idea. We fax her the paper that she said that she need. She fax us paper work back and said that all me need to do now was sent an insurance deposit of $719.55 to her. That money would make an 3.75% interest per annum.

We was ask to sent the money western union to Ernesto Rollon in Toronto, Ontaria Canada. We were told that we would get the money back that it cost us to fax it to him. We Fax every thing and sent the money western union. Kimberly Taylor said that every thing was good to go and we would get our money depoited into our account at midnight that night.

We never got that money depoited into our account. I called Kimberley Taylor and she said that she would check into what was going on. She called back later that day and said that we were not appoved for the loan now because something came up on our credit report. She said that She would sent us our money back. We would get in 15 to 30 days.

We would try to call her and she was never their to answer the phone. We would leave her message after message. She called about 2 weeks later and said that we would get our money in the next week.

We never got anything from her. I have tryed my times to call her and no anwer. When I call her know it wont let me make the call from my area code.
