Physical Address of Coastline Credit Ltd/Sonic Payday.com
I found their address on the WWW.BBB.ORG and called the number to verify their address. When I spoke with a customer service representative they refused to give me their physical location in order to mail a payment too. They said that they will only accept Money Gram or Western Union for the full amount of the loan.

I talked with a customer service rep at 1-866-838-4213, verified my account with them, and then verified their physical location. They will try to tell you it's in Ireland. However, the US Broker is in Delaware.
Also, their Money Gram code is 4476, Name is: Coastline Credit, leave city and state blank. You will need your account number in order to wire a partial payment.
I ran into a situation where I could not pay the total amount due, and they are not willing to work with me to set up a payment arrangement. I will mail my payment to their physical, we'll see if the check gets cashed!

Hi,
I have read over your problem and can tell you that the main place that you are actually sending your payment to is in Surrey,BC. They also have the call center that you are calling in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. They are located at 433 Main Street. They are just a unch of liars and cheats at this company. Beware of them. They also run under the name of Ecare Contact Centers and PRL Direct. They are one in the same with just different names. Do not use this company as they will bring you to the ground. Trust me i have seen it done over and over again.

THE WAGE ASSIGNMENT IS BEING TAKEN OUT OF 3 PAYCHECKS, MY EMPLOYER CALLED SONIC AND SAID THIS IS A HARDSHIP FOR MY EMPLOYEE I TALKED WITH THE EMPLOYEE AND WE ARE DEDUCTING IT OUT OF 3-PAYCHECKS. SONIC SAID NOTHING BUT OKAY..... GEE, THEY COULD HAVE GOT PAID A LONG A TIME AGO IF THEY WOULD HAVE PROVIDED ME WITH THEIR ADDRESS!!!

I am a victim of Sonic Payday and after many attempts to try and set up a payment plan I have gotten no where w/ them. They insist it be the "FULL" amount via Western Union or Moneygram. They would not provide me with a physical address. Now they are harrassing my payroll department at work and they have mailed a Declaration of Wage Assignment to my work. When they call my work they ask if the "legal documents" they sent have been received. I have all the documents they sent because my payroll department gave it all to me and there are no "legal documents" to be found.
They sent a couple of letters and the form that has my digital signature on it about agreeing to the Wage Assignment when I took the loan out. Is this really considered a LEGAL document? To me it seems that it is only a voluntary wage assignment and it's only legal if court documents are sent. I heard that I can revoke the wage assignment and demand they stop harrassing my work if I submit it in writing. Has anyone else heard this? This company is such a nightmare! I would advise anyone and everyone to stay away from Sonic Payday, Cash Transfer Centers, E Care and whatever else name they have. It's a joke!!
