I happen to agree with all of the complaints that i have read on this website. I am lucky enough not to have the black box attached to my car in case of non-payment. However, I have had nothing but bad luck with these people. They call me on my due date. They used to take my debit card but now they dont. they charged me an additional fee if i used my debit card but i didn't mind since i hate writing checks. Furthermore, they constantly ask me if i want to have it automatically deducted from my checking account every time they call but absolutely not. I do not like people having access to my information like that. I only owe a little more than 2,000 on my car and i am sooooo sick of them bugging me about my little payment. I am soooo ready to trade it in and get something else. The car has high mileage and is running bad and i have taken it to several places and they can not tell me what is wrong with it. In addition, I have only been late on my payments one time in the entire 2 1/2 years i have paid on it. and when i made a ballon payment of 1700.00 they stated that they could not apply it to the principle balance of the car only the interest. i could not take back the payment or put a stop payment on the check. so i just sucked it up. a couple months ago i was ahead on my payment by 3 months and they still called me and told me that even though i was ahead on my payments i still had to make a monthly payment. I told them that i was not going to make an additional payment because i was ahead and then the following month they told me not to worry about making a payment because i was ahead 2 months. Last month i made a partial payment 2 weeks ahead of time and they called me the other day bugging me yet again about the rest of the money. Do they actually think i am going to pay it so far down that i am not going to pay them any more? These people are a joke. I can not wait Till i am done with them and i will NEVER do business with them again.
