Crescent Bank And Trust They want to threaten to repo your car, but there is never someone there to take a payment. all you get is a voicemail and no return calls. New Orleans Louisiana

So here is the situation. My loan like many others has been sold to Cresent Bank and Trust. About a few months ago I received a letter in the mail stating my loan was sold, and if your payment had already been made it will be forwarded to Crescent. Well needless to say it wasn't forwarded as told to me by Crescent. however the check had been cashed. So I immediatly make the december payment (again) to Crescent because they wanted to know the location of the car so they can repo it. God only knows I can't let that happen. so I then try to get the money for the payment that was "never sent" and am later told it was sent to Cresent. so I have by this time made the Jan. payment and attempting the Feb. which is now past due and i cant get ahold of someone to take a credit card payment. This seems to be the most disorganized company I have ever dealt with. I know that any day now I will be in a bad situation with this awful company and never know if i will wake up and have a car to get to work in or not. I am beside myself. I have spoke to more voicemails than i know what to do with. Everyone is the same end result. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Please do not let this company screw you around either.
