Crescent Bank & Trust claiming default on car loan New Orleans, Louisiana

I have my car loan with this bank.  I have been up to date with my payments.  Imagine my surprise when I get 2 calls within a month stating that if I only pay $63, this will bring my account current.  I promptly sent in the payment, expecting my next payment to be due on 9-17-11.  I received yet ANOTHER call today stating that I am in arrears of a month and that my car is up for repossession!  I called the offices of Crescent Bank and told the agent that I would gladly send her in copies of all the cancelled checks for the payments.  She stated that they are showing that I am currently over due for my August payment.  I have copies of cashed checks totalling the amount of my car payment along with that $63 payment I was told that I needed.  After repeatedly trying to tell Ms. Card, the account manager, this...she immediately hung up on me!!!  This is NOT a way of doing business!
