This company called me and has been harrassing me about a payday loan that goes directly to my bank and is deducted directly from my back said that I defaulted on a loan and that I needed my lawyer to contact them about the loan and that i needed to pay this off immediately. I am due to give them some money today and i need to find out if this is a scam before I put money on my debit card. please help me

If had bothered to do these things, you would have found other complaints about this scam.

Both scams are listed this same company name - with different addresses. Another board has it associated with US National Bank - US National bank is another known collection scam that has been going on for some time - read the NEWS ARTICLE

If you are still paying the loan - contact the Payday loan company directly and ask them about the status of your account - Have you even bothered to try that?
