I was contacted by James Edwards, who I called Jim, telling me I had been approved for a 5000 dollar loan by Duncan and Pruitt Financial Group and all I had to do was pay 3 months of payments up front due to it being a secure loan.  The amount came to around 600 dollars.  I told him I didnt have that much so he called me back the next day and asked if I could come up with 550 and I could.  My rent money, which was due on the first but I had filled for this loan on  01/21/09 so I knew I would be alright.  I faxed the loan agreement back to James the same day and agreed to send him the money Western Union the next day.

I sent the money Wester Uion from Kroger, store #853 on 12/22/09 in the amount of 550 dollars plus the 46 dollars it coast to send it, that was going to reimbursted to me.  I sent it to a Cristina Russelo in Toronto,Ontario Canada.

The next day Robert Green called me saying they needed another 600 dollars and I told him I dont have it and he asked at that point if I wanted to put a stop to the loan and I said yes and send me my money.  He said it didnt work that way.  I would get my money on 1/15/10.   It was something to go with the fiscal end of things.  I tried to call several times and I would be sent to every ones voice mail and would never get a call back.  Here it is 1/21/10 and I still dont have my 596 dollars and Im being evicted along with my 4 year old grandson and we have no place to go.
