E-Loan - Rebekah Roat ripoff Pleasanton California

Took out a loan with eloan to try and save some monthly cash. Rebekah Roat calls for payoff from Wells Fargo who I was with. I gave her Account Info and Social Security Number.

Notice was sent in mail that payoff was less and payments was going to be less. I called 800# to ask them what to do along with question about Power Of Attorney papers to sign and send. I was told to send the Power Check to Wells Fargo and the POA papers to Eloan.

Come to find out she got information on another account I had with my son. So there was still a balance owed.

Contacted Rebekah again. Said Wells Fargo had no other account with my name. I called and even got a balance for payoff.

Rebekah calls me and cannot confirm information. She calls Wells Fargo with Me on conference call. Gets the payoff. Two months later , the amount is approved.

The check is sent to Wells Fargo which leaves a balance still because of the two month delay. That I had to pay out of pocket.
