Express Consolidation pay a $253.00 fee to do absolutely nothing, ripoff Delray Florida

I called Express Consolidation on May 4, 2004. The worst mistake ever. I went through about an hour long spill of how they want to help get you out of debt. At the end of the session I was misled to believe that money could not be drafted from my account until I returned the papers which were to be emailed to me. Well, the email never came.

That night my wife and I decided that we may have made a bad decision. Boy were we ever right. The next day my wife called to make sure that the program would not go any further. Kevin told her that as long as we did not return the signed papers, which we never recieved, they could not draft anything from our account.

Well, Kevin was wrong. Express Consolidation drafted $253.00 from our account on May 11, 2004. I was not expecting a draft because of what we were told, so therefore, it was not until the 24th of May that I realized they had taken the money. In the meantime because I the draft, which I had no clue about, caused us to bounce the check for our house payment.

Now I have fees to pay to two different banks, and have lost $253.00 in the process. I have been told by a MR. Blair Morsel, office manager, Ext.4023, that he is the only one I can talk to about this matter, and have paid them $253.00 which is non-refundable for nothing.

My advise to anyone considering Express Consolidation is to steer clear. That is unless you would like to give them a donation, because they will sure take it.
