Fifth Third Bank ,Toledo,Ohio.

      The loan agent Susan Jester, refuse to approve the loan for a brand new house that had a twenty thousand dollar  payment towards the balance of the loan from a Government Program. Instead she approved a house in Lorain, Ohio that was twenty thousand more than the new house,. The house in Lorain was a forclouser and had been vacant for a year,.It also has a train running approximately two hundred feet  behind it . I did not notice the train until after I had moved in, it blow its horn  during the middle of the night , everynight.
