GRC Funding , LoanPointUSA HOW CAN YOU DO THIS TO ME AND ALL THE OTHER CIVILIANS!! FIRST A $120 LOAN FEE AND EVERY WEEK YOU TAKE OUT $120 FROM ME??? Salt Lake City Utah

"I just realized that a payment left my checking account for $120.00 which I know I didn't agree to. I did receive a payday loan from another company. I talked to them and agreed to the loan and the repayment schedule. I didn't realize that the next day GRC transferred funds into my account. I never received a loan agreement so I don't even know what the provisions are for paying back this loan.

Do I have any legal recourse? I am supposing not since I received the funds.

I will never do another one of these kinds of loans EVER again."

i have the same situation and I would like to know what I can do to fight back and get my rights! I notice I was going to recieve a loan from then for $400 dollars and I contacted them back to not give me the loan and I would like to cancel, the next day the represenative should have recieved the email, but they probably ignored it! I then recieved a loan for $400 dollars, and a $120 loan fee charged into my account a week after the initial loan that i recieved with no documents to sign. The week thereafter I was withdrawn another amount of $120 from my checking account which I do not know of. Still now i'm a victim like others, being scammed. Is there anyone out there who can save our lives from these bad wolf???

"please cancel my loan because it's too late.. i do not need it anymore... the respond was no quicker then i thought it would be. please i do not want the loan."

A few days later I recieved the loan no matter what... Now after all that i'm in huge debt!
