GRC Funding Never agreed to accept pay day loan Internet

I just realized that a payment left my checking account for $120.00 which I know I didn't agree to. I did receive a payday loan from another company. I talked to them and agreed to the loan and the repayment schedule. I didn't realize that the next day GRC transferred funds into my account. I never received a loan agreement so I don't even know what the provisions are for paying back this loan.

Do I have any legal recourse? I am supposing not since I received the funds.

I will never do another one of these kinds of loans EVER again.
