Home Loan Services - First Franklin Loan Services harrassing calls every day and sometimes 3 times in one day Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

Home loan sevices aka first franklin loan company has for the last year has harrassed me by phone at least 2 times a day and 3-5 times a week and I am not even a week late! they claim that this is a computer genaratrated call that is supose to happen every 3-5 days, witch I know is a lie, I would like to know at what point does it become harrassment! My loan payment is due on the 1st of each Month and they give a grace period until the 16th of each month, I feel at work march 18th of 2008 and am only getting 60% of my pay, they will not work with me in any way until my problem is resolved,lol why would I need help at that point?? I spoke with a manager about the relentless calling and he said I can write them a letter but at that point they would no longer send my statments in the mail, his Name was Jason last name unkown. I have an atterney that wrote them a letter explaining my situtation with workmans comp, but it did no good at all, the calls are endless I tell them on what day I will call the payment in witch I might add is an aditional 15.00 each month and yet still calls calls calls!!! they are the worst company I have ever had to deal with!! The lies are endless the threats are unreal, even tellling me they can forclose on me and me not even one month behind! I have 4 doctors app. a week a bad back and arm, and can't even rest without the phone ringing over and over, I am so sick of this!! first franklin loan company no longer does loans, uh I wonder why after seeing 98 reports on them at this very site some months back. I know I am not alone here I just hope to get the message out about them, if you are going through the same thing I do fell for you as well, if you here their name in any loan you may get run away, say no! Find good company to manage your loan!!!
