My husband is over seas and he got a call telling me that he was approved for a 5000 dollar loan. But when had to pay 910 dollars at first in order to get the money. I sent in the money and the 5000 should have went in my account the same day but it didnt. I got a call from a Howard Master saying to send in another 910 and I told he that I just wanted my money back. He told me that he could refund me until the 28th of Nov. Which I don't understand that. They can take my money fast but take a long time to put it back in my account. I have been trying to call the number that they give me but it doesnt work any more. I dont know what to do that was my bill money. Can someone please tell me what to do next?
