I was online looking for a payday loan. I know this is a bad idea anyway but because my son broke his arm and we don't have insurance due to a new job, I really needed the money to take care of it. The info said that it would debit my account $31.98, but that was under the information that a payday loan would be attained as well. Well, no payday loan was received.
These people only caused me more problems because my account was then charged NSF fees of $175.00 because other small charges I made previously hadn't cleared when they put that debit through, which they otherwise would have. When trying to file this report I couldn't pull up the website. I called the number and they have changed their website...go figure. It is now idcard.com.
When I called the company, very irate, they said that I would have to file a police report stating that I didn't authorize the charges and then send it to them in order for the fees to be returned. Well, in order to do that, I have to call the police department, make the report, wait at least 24 hours for the report to be filed, then go to the local sheriff's office, pay $2 more for a report, and I don't have a second car that enables me to do that during regular business hours.
I will be speaking with my bank today. These people are rip-offs, and liars! Payday loan seekers beware! It does NOT get you a payday loan, but charges your account for no services!

Also, in order to cancel the order online they ask for they ask for the transaction ID located in the email they sent when purchased. Well, I never received this email receipt. Also, now the site www.theftprotectsupport.com is back up. Although the second recording on the phone still states the site isicardservices.com. The original site that I posted of icard.com was my mistake and has nothing to do with this company.

I filed a report with my bank. Although it is still in processing, my bank deposited the overdraft charges back into my account. What an awesome bank! I wish I could state who they are but due to already being ripped off by IDINS I cannot since there are liars and cheats like them out there.
