J G Wentworth, 321 Henderson Rec Very hard to contact, 5 names. Used NON court approved contract, took the Will. San Diego, California

As seen on TV, get cash now, J G Wentworth, 321 Henderson Rec., took my child's fathers will, with NO court approved or effective agreements between them!  His court petition to get cash now was denied for good reasons by the court.  In the contract, it states that ALL agreements is all between 321 Henderson and person wanting cash now.  It also states that All agreements are NOT in effect if not court approved.  BUT, that did not stop them from using some stamp for taking all powers and changing the Will, insurance beneficiary, to suit them... and removing family names; and as it is, forcing family and parties to go through costly and expensive probate court to correct.  The Insurance company admits changing beneficiaries regularly for them.  Name spelled wrong, someones stamp, and no effective aggreements these people are thieves, and structured companies are doing shoddy work to comply with them with no court approval.  Won't some one stop them?
