law and investigation department Phone call! claiming i owe a loan that never existed. wants to settle out of court! spring, Nationwide

For about three weeks now i have been getting phone calls from this so called company by a officer (yea right) devon johnson (who is obviously not of this country) claiming there is a lawsuit against me. This lawsuit was for a pay day loan that i never got, and when i told him he was wrong he only says i have all your infor. so through out the whole conversation i contiunely ask for the details of the loan like when was it approved (the answer was a different date twice, and then it was i don't have that answer), then i asked for the company name and address (one answer he gave he said i don't see why you need this but here he gives only the name but it is one i never heard of and he can't give the address or phone # over a recorded line). so i tell him i have to check this out and hang up imediately he calls back four times stateing he needs a answer i hang up, then on the last one i ask is this recorded he doesn't answer but i proceed to tell him by law if i say don't call back it means don't call back. he calls back usally on fridays (payday). i checked out every payday loan company i could find to see if i really had a loan. each one says no we don't have a oan out for you and they ask why i tell them and most of them take down the name and number i was given of these scammers.

I am warning anyone else don't send them money and defintely don't give out any personal information. It is a major scam!
