LEHMAN BROTHERS LIARS SCAMMERS CROOKED THEIVES New York New York

The servicing of my mortgage was sold to Fairbanks Capital Corp in 2002. That in it self has been a nightmare. Now I find out that Fairbanks, SPS or whoever they are did not file an assignment of mortgage.

I let them know this and it takes them another 6 months to file some bogus assignment stating Wells Fargo Trustee for Structured Assets Security Corp is the leinholder, Well I call Wells Fargo and they dont know who I am , I call Structured Assets Security Corp they dont know who I am, so I call Lehman Brothers because they are Structured Asset Security Corp!!!!!! But guess what??? Lehman Brothers do not know who I am either!!

So then I get transfered to Auroa Loan Services, that does not help me because Select Portfolio Servicing AKA Fairbanks Capital Corp is my servicer, not Aurora. So I have no idea who holds the lein on my property, I would like to get ahold of them so I can complain about thier servicer, Select Portfolio Servicing, And to find out who holds the lein on my property. Can anyone give me some advice?

I have contacted every goverment consumer agency there is, I have contacted the FBI, the President and so on. We are in a real mess here!!!
