Leonard Wood Len Wood Former VFW Post Commander, Lansdale , Pennsylvania

Be forewarned about Len Wood.

Leonard Wood is a former Marine, and former post Commander of the Lansdale VFW post, in Lansdale PA, and is in the HVAC trade.

He formally owned a HVAC business called Total Services. He is married with a couple kids.

As a Post Commander for the VFW, you would think this man had some honor in him.

Len fell on some tough times, he didn't know how to run a business.

As a VFW member myself, Len asked me to help him save his house and his family. I lent Len the sum of $5,000 to pay his rent and put some food on the table for his family. He told me he needed the money for only a month, as he had a payment from a customer due, and he told me I would be the first person he would pay back.

Remember, I saved his house from foreclosure, fed his family.....

Anyway, he gave me the Marine Semper Fi speech. He told me how Semper Fi meant always faithful......basically fed me a line of crap.

He borrowed this money 2 years ago, and refuses to make good on his promises and debts. I true Marine he is not. After he borrowed the money off me, he quit the VFW, changed his phone number and has played every game in the book to avoid paying me my money back.

I have taken him to court, filed a judgment against him, just for him to sigh everything over to his wifes name and basically tell me to go get screwed.

I will never trust another Marine, nor will I ever trust anyone from the VFW again.

Stay away from Len Wood, he is a crook through and through.

He is not a Marine, he is a coward. A true Marine doesn't screw a fellow soldier, especially when he helps your family when you need it.
