EdDelkash is a liar and a thief.  He takes money up front for loans, and then doesn't deliver.  He promises to pay you back or get the loan but always is 3 to 4 weeks out.  He will hound you for the fees, but will not answer you back.  The only way to help people is to file complaints with the police as they are after him and hope to have him locked up as he should be.  He will not perform, blows the money on himself and has nothing to show for it, never gives you an approval nor lets you talk to the company.  I hope enough people file complaints that they run him out of business and he is locked up and they throw away the key.  He has never paid any one back nor gotten a loan.  He is just a big liar and a thief.
