Litton LoansLitton Loan Servicing Litton Loan Servicing is stealing my refund money from my pay-off Ripoff Houston Texas

On June 13 ,2007 Our new loan funded and the Title company sent out a pay -off check to Litton Loan Servicing on June 13, 2007 . The pay-off we had was good through June 21, 2007. Litton Loan Servicing owed us a check for 7 days principle and interest at $80.00 per day or $560.00 . I called Litton Loan Servicing on July 6 or 7th and asked there customer service department, "On what day did you recieve my pay-off check, I was told by that department that they recieved my pay-off check on June 14 , 2007. Hours later the same day, I called the same department at Litton Loan Servicing to verify as to what day they recieved the pay-off check. I was told again by a different person in that same department that they recieved the pay-off check on June 14, 2007. I asked that person are you sure that you recieved the check on June 14, 2007 I was told yes. Now I am being told by Cheryl in the payoff department that they did not recieve my check untill June 18, 2007. I explained to Cheryl in the payoff department that I had called and was told by the customer service department that Litton Loan Servicing had recieved my payoff check on June 14, 2007 and I was told that by two different people in the same department. Cheryl is the supervisor in the payoff department at Litton Loan Servicing. She had told me on July 20, 2007 that she has listened to the conversations wtih her supervisor and that I was never told they recieved the check on June 14, 2007. When I asked Cheryl in the payoff department to play back the recorded conversation, she said she did not have the means to do so. I am positivly sure that I was told by the customer service department that they recieved my payoff check on June 14, 2007. Ed, Menomonee Falls, WI
