MGC MORTGAGE, INC. JAMES MCGRATH AND PAT THIBEAUX Descrepencies Plano Texas

mgc mortgage knew that citi redidential sold my mortgage loan to them. I was not behind any payments. mgc mortgage sent me a statement about a month after the mortgage was sold.the statement showed a balance of 91,103.03. and a payment of 811.87. i have paid by check and i have paid all payments. i was in new orleans and had to leave and move to texas. the house in new orleans is for sale. mgc mortgage is aware pt that.  i am paying a mortgage loan and rent for an apartment. i asked them to modify this loan.

pat thibeaux has worked on this loan for three months and just informed me friday that she can not do any more, she will be giving this to a higher-up. she has worked on this since june 2008 and it is now sept 2008. she told me that because the house was in the process of being sold she would lower the payments she didn't.

now i asked for a payoff so i would know what my balance was it was never sent to me. i was sent astatement of account and they both told me i am not deliquent but said i have 4,174.72 charges.

i belive they are trying to take my house. james mcgrath told me i could pay 400.00 dollars a month if i wanted to. why would he state this if the mortgage payments are $811.87? i am 63 years old, and i do not want them to foreclose on my house. please, please, investigate this. thank you.
