I sent him all my info to do a loan for me on a new purchase and after he got all my stuff, he just stopped answering my calls and my emails.....
He will waste your time and probably ruin your chances of buying that home you were hoping to move into by telling you he can do the loan and then not answer you and run the time you have to close escrow.
DO NOT UNDER ANY MEANS USE THIS SCUMBAG. HE IS A COMPLETE PIECE OF WORK! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!
HE GOES BY MICHAEL COHN OR MIKE COHN AND HE WORKS AT METLIFE!

this Ripoff Report.
Let's see how they respond.
You're leaving something out of your Report....lenders don't just ignore you if they can write a loan for you and make a profit....that's what they're in business to do.

I previously bought a home and financed with Michael Cohn. I have been looking to refinance and was unable to find Michael's contact info so I google'd him and came across this "Ripoff Report." As a former customer of Michael's, I can honestly say that I could not disagree with the disgruntled customer more. My transaction with Michael was completely professional and painless. Having met Michael, I am sure he had a reason as to why he was unable to return your call. I also think it is unfair for you to leave a report like this tarnishing a business professional's name when it clearly sounds like you are overreacting. I think you need to question if your issue is worth negatively affecting a great professional such as Michael Cohn. He really is great at what he does.
