A local realtor sent me a cold call letter asking if they could help me find a house because Money Tree Funding let them "about my recent application" for a home loan.

Not only have I never applied to Money Tree but I haven't applied ANYWHERE for a home loan in 8 years. So I don't know what regurgitated list Money Tree is using, but realtors and mortgage brokers are wasting their money on probably the majority of leads.

And, when I called Money Tree Funding to get my name off their list I was stuck on hold forever. I guess they didn't want to talk about my alleged "recent application." I'm going to keep calling whenever I have the time to sit on hold until I can get my name off their list and give them a piece of my mind.

money tree is located in canoga park, on remmet st in ca they use a fake address in woodland hills, so they dont get busted by the fbi they are running 5 or so illegal buisnesses out of their company under diffrent names, the people no. they get are from phone books, people who refi long long time ago who dont know their info is being scan old. i think you should contact the FBI, DRE, Whistle Blower, DA, they would get shut down fast and you can sue for pain and suffering if you dealy with their company please go after them stop them! they are probably being investigated now but with more people complaining the faster it will happen and maybe you can get your money back and then some if you keep calling your going to be ignored they have your card info so they got what they wanted and you got nothing! AND WILL GET NOTHING I AM SUGGESTING THIS THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVISE!
