On Wednesday May 4 i received a phone call from a guy with a real heavy indian/arabic accent stating that i was under federal investigation and that i would be put into prision for online fraud. he stated i applied for a loan but never received the money, due to the fraud of online i owed almost 900.00. when stating that i have no clue what he is talking about he asked if all my personal information was correct. after agreeing he said that i needed to pay or else i would go to jail. when asking for his managers information he stated that his managers name was Eric Matthews and i could not have his number but that Eric would call me back in 15 min. go figure i never received a call from this so called manager. again i called back and asked what the name of the company was he was representing and he stated Morgan and Associates. I looked this information up online and called the company to get in touch with the Eric Matthews. I was informed that there was no one there by that name along with William Stanley. I asked the man that answered the phone at Morgan and Associates if they have been informed of any fraud and he stated yes. WHY IS THIS COMPANY NOT STOPPING THIS GUY.???? this idiot has all my information and is considered Identity theaft. Protect yourself from this guy and make him stop. Not only is this all fake but Morgan and Associates is a personal injury lawyer not a credit agency lawyer. we need to stand and fight and open a class action lawsuite to get something done about this.

How would you catch them? Some reports say they are not even in America. How do you sue someone like that? If you can figure that out, I would love sue these people. They can't interrupt my day like that. I really thought someone was going to come and embarass me at work. I just don't believe that anyone would do this and let themselves be caught. They called me this morning. When I called back the man said he was going to sue me for $5000 dollars for a $300 loan, but I could settle it for $700 right away. I told him I have to check my bank account, but I haven't called back. I have applied for alot of loans, but I can't remember one for $300 and I can't find it in my bank records. After I came home from work today, I looked up rights against bill collectors. A group of people could be awarded up to $500,000 for a class lawsuit, but how can sue someone who could be in another country?
