i took out a cash advance from mte financial for $300.00. they took out 4 payments of $90.00 which i saw only on the agreement contract. they later took out a addidional $140.00 unaware of this i received a overdraft charge of $35.00 trying to fax and contact the financial organization. i reached them finally spoke to michelle who stated i signed a agreement on top of it for them to take out two more times $140.00. I stated i signed only the agreement of 90.00 4x not the addidional $140.00 3 more times. i was uninformed, it didnot state this in agreement, if it did i wouldnot have signed it.

advised company due to overdraft i closed account, michelle threatened me with law suits, collections over exceeding to over $2k for lawyers, attorneys, jail time.
