OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC. HBNA Tried to Steal My Home Once, and Trying To Do It Again Carol Stream, Illinois

Ocwen refused to accept VA Funds and forced me into forclosure proceedings back in early 2008.  The courts eventually dismissed the case in my favor and found prejudice to the company.  The company that filed against me was HBNA.  The company that sends my mortgage payment slips is Ocwen.  I was told by my lawyer at the time of dismissal to contact Ocwen to get my payments going again.  I did that, and was told that they would send me a new contract and that the payment would be due on a certain day.  I called Ocwen about 10 days later and was told that the money was due that day and that my contract was sent, on that same day, via email.  The contract was outrageous!!  Ocwen has put legal fees and interest accrued on my account for the time that the property was in litigation.  They want me to pay legal fees and interest for the wrongful lawsuit they filed on me?  I sent them a regular payment for the amount that my payment was before they took me to court.  Ocwen returned to money and said they would not accept payment unless it included their fees and interest, which for one, is not right for them to even collect.  I think that no matter what I do, this company is trying to take my home.  HBNA's attorneys tried to contact them to straighten this out, and they couldn't even get in contact with them.  If their own attorneys can't do anything....then what do you think I can do.  I would love to join any class-action lawsuit against this company, and if there is an attorney out there in charge of it.....Please call me.  I am a Veteran and a single mother.  I did what I was supposed to do and I'm continually being punished and still suffering every day not knowing what the outcome of my family home will be, and where me and my children will go.  This has gone on over 2 years...I need to do something now before the stress kills me.
